The postcards were mounted into an exhibition which was displayed in the gallery at Qube in Oswestry and then toured local schools and community buildings.
Twelve of the postcards were selected to be part of a 2016 calendar that we had printed and, with the help of a number of Community groups and individuals, we distributed the calendar to all the houses in the Three Parishes Big Local area. The aim of the calendar was to celebrate the creativity of local residents and to raise awareness of Three Parishes Big Local in the area.
Our thanks go to the Community Groups that helped us with the mammoth task of enveloping and delivering nearly 4,000 calendars. These groups all received a donation to their funds as a thank you for their help.

The positive comments and feedback that we have received from local residents has made the project worthwhile and, although this won’t be an annual calendar, we may consider producing another one when we are considerably further along our 10 year programme.
