Partnership meetings are held monthly. The Chair or Assistant Chair may call additional meetings in exceptional circumstances. Partners or workers may request additional meetings by contacting the Chair or Assistant Chair.
Wherever possible, partnership meetings are held in each of the three villages of Weston Rhyn, Gobowen and St Martins on a rota basis. Meetings are business-like, friendly and inclusive. Everyone can take part, contribute and ask questions.
The scheduled monthly partnership meetings are open to partners, workers, and any advisors who may be invited. Any resident who is interested in becoming involved in Big Local is welcome to attend and observe but this must be arranged through the Big Local Co-ordinator in advance of the meeting.
The Big Local Co-ordinator takes notes during the meeting and produces minutes which are sent to the Chair for approval and, following approval, are circulated to partners, workers, Oswestry Community Action and the Big Local Community Rep (Clare Babbs). Minutes remain confidential until they are approved at the next partnership meeting.
Following approval, the minutes are available here.
